Spektroskop Ramana

Opis aparatury:

Spektrometr Ramana wyposażony jest w dwa detektory, dwie siatki dyfrakcyjne (1800 linii/mm, 1200 linii/mm), zestaw do analizy polaryzacyjnej dla zakresu VIS/NIR. Graniczna rozdzielczość spektralna wynosi < 1cm-1 w obszarze widzialnym. Urządzenie umożliwia pomiar widm ramanowskich w zakresie od 100 do 4000 cm-1. Filtr Rayleigha spektrometru pozwala wykonywać badania ramanowskie od 100cm-1 dla długości fali 514nm /633nm, 100 cm-1 dla długości fali 785nm. Zestaw pracuje w transmisji i odbiciu. Wyposażony jest w trzy lasery wzbudzające (laser Ar 514nm, laser He-Ne 633nm oraz laser diodowy HPNIR). Spektrometr ramanowski posiada możliwość obrazowania/mapowania ramanowskiego wykorzystując metodę: punktową, liniową, oraz szybkie obrazowanie typu streamline lub linescan. Spektrometr Ramana pracuje w układzie sprzężonym z mikroskopem konfokalnym.
